Slate Digital does not warrant that use of Slate Digital products will be uninterrupted or error-free. This warranty does not cover problems caused by your acts, the acts of others, or events beyond Slate Digital’s reasonable control. The limited warranty applies only to genuine Slate Digital products when sold by a Slate Digital Authorized reseller, distributor or dealer. Slate Digital will provide two (2) years or the minimum warranty term required by applicable law. You may have additional consumer rights under local laws.
This warranty applies to products purchased from an authorized dealer. Slate Digital will repair or replace nonconforming product (or a component thereof) that is returned to Slate Digital within the warranty term at no charge. Slate Digital warrants that its hardware will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, for two (2) years after it has been acquired by the first user when given normal, proper and intended usage.
